- Offer practical legal advice across various business functions, empowering colleagues to make informed decisions. Your guidance will span over commercial and corporate matters, labor and employment, and compliance issues.
- Co-piloting strategic projects of the company by, among other things, providing pragmatic legal solutions, identifying risks and offering mitigations.
- Together with Procurement, continuously build efficient and sustainable contract practices including improvements of contract processes, contract templates, electronic signatures, and sustainable contract clauses.
- Fulfill the crucial role of legal business partner using the legal sense and as well as business mindset to deliver results and at the same time protect the interests of Pandora.
- Deliver efficient and timely contract services to stakeholders. Balancing between company’s interest and good business partnership.
- Driving compliance excellence in Crafting and Supply in alignment with the local directions as well as those from the Global Office. Collaborate with our Global Compliance team to implement and adapt global policies to local regulations. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of compliance through training and communication initiatives, ensuring our teams understand and adhere to ethical standards.
- Managing external counsel on projects or disputes by formulating the right strategy and actively engage the counsel to deliver the results that best serve the interest of the company.
- Ensure our corporate governance practices are sound by managing and fulfilling the company secretary function including preparing minutes, managing corporate documents, PoA, DoA, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
We love that you are..
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Licensed attorney, preferably a mixture of law firm and in-house experience.
- At least 5 years of post-licensed experience with a strong background in corporate law, commercial law and labor law.
- Experience in regulatory compliance is an advantage.
- Proven communications and persuasion skills
- Strong business acumen.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted projects.
- Fluent in English
- Actively curious. Eager to expand one’s knowledge beyond the law.
- Being resilience. Possess ability to adapt to changes. Comfortable working in dynamic environment.
