Responsibilities;

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Work closly with business leaders on development requirements to co-create training curriculum and content
  • Manage training calendar, budget and logistics of Corporate learning
  • Oversee training and development record system to ensure adherence to training programs and compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage on development & training policies and guidelines comply with legal requirement

KEY DUTIES

  • Manage in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify, analyze & report development requirement in term of knowledge and skill to perform within current and future roles of each business unit
  • Work closely with HRBP and L&D Coordinator to consult and guide business units to make recommendations for learning initiatives, coordinate and organize functional capabilities review and functional learning development programs
  • Manage and co-facilitate in delivering effective learning and development solutions to support functional capability and drive performance in line with individual and department
  • Enhance learning culture in each function through variety of learning activities
  • Manages the training materials, supplies & logistics (training rooms and training facilities)
  • Oversee all end to end of training program effectiveness
  • Identify, assess and recommend on sourcing and evaluating external training vendors / providers

HR SYSTEM & INFORMATION

  • Manage organization training & development to be accessible with all target group, including training plan, courses catalogue, individual development progress
  • Manage overall training record of document submission to Department of Skill Development
  • Control training and development database of the whole organization to be updated and valid
  • Follow up, analyze and report training result for continuous improvement
  • Analyze and report best practice from ROI of training & development
  • Provide training dashboard such as learning hours of craftsman monthly

LAW AND REGULATION

  • Manage all training-related document control system which comply with regulation and labor law, and lead to effective process
  • Manage and monitor training and development record system to ensure adherence to training programs and compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage training system to be aligned with training policies, procedures, labor law and organization requirements
  • Develop and update training policies and guidelines

TRANINING BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and monitor training budget /cost to be align with organization requirement on training and development
  • Incorporate with finance to summarize and update budget at month end

OTHERS

Support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Centre and learning intervention activities
 

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, or related field 
  • Good knowledge to HRD & OD, Business Acumen
  • Most preferred to person who strong Consult and coaching skill, Facilitation and presentation skill, Collaboration with good interpersonal skill
  • Good English communication and self-confident
