• Lead the development and execution of the Lean Six Sigma program across the organization.
• Ensure alignment of Lean Six Sigma initiatives with strategic business goals to enhance productivity and quality.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead Lean Six Sigma projects to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
• Deliver quantifiable results in cost savings, process optimization, and waste reduction.
• Drive cultural transformation by embedding Lean Six Sigma principles into everyday operations and decision-making processes.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
• Train and mentor Green Belts, Black Belts, and other team members in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Build internal capabilities by creating a strong network of Lean Six Sigma practitioners across departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
Key Duties:
• Set and align Lean Six Sigma deployment plan with continuous improvement strategy to enhance C&S operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain) to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data to assess baseline performance, identify root causes of issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Conduct training workshops and provide hands-on coaching to employees in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Establish and maintain a project pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of improvement initiatives.
• Track the financial and operational impact of Lean Six Sigma projects and ensure delivery of expected benefits.
• Report to CI Lead and senior management on project outcomes, providing detailed analysis of key improvements and ROI.
We love that you are…
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required. Master Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing
• Proven success in implementing Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-mix, high-volume industries such as jewelry.
• Demonstrated strategic agility and broad knowledge and perspective in planning future activities.
• Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma tools, including statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel) and process mapping software.
