Workforce and HR Operations Manager

 

Key accountabilities: 

 

  • On- and offboarding of all employees in relation to contract management
  • Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and related agreements for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Review contract terms and conditions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address complex contractual issues and ensure legal compliance
  • Facilitate the approval process for employment contracts, obtaining necessary signatures and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Stay current with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to employment contracts.
  • Recommend updates to contract templates, policies, and procedures to reflect changes in regulations or company requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR staff, managers, and employees on contractual matters and best practices.
  • Support the termination process by reviewing contract terms, calculating notice periods, and coordinating exit procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Implementing process improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as IT, legal, and finance, to integrate HR systems and optimize data flow.
  • Work with HRBPs in relation to workforce management activities including activities such as forecasting labor demand, scheduling shifts, managing employee time and attendance, optimizing staffing levels, and facilitating employee engagement and development. The primary aim is to align the workforce with the organization's objectives, enhance productivity, and maintain employee satisfaction and well-being.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Advanced degree or legal certification is a plus.
  • Direct experience in HR operation: 5+ years of experience in contract administration, legal compliance, or related roles, preferably in HR or legal departments. Minimum 2 years experience as a mananger.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and contract principles.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating employment contracts and related agreements.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data for strategic purposes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
