Digital Learning Management
- Develop digital learning strategy, objective, roadmap to drive effective digital Learning culture align with global organizational development strategies to meet individual contributors, potential talent, and leadership developmental needs
- Manage and control LMS & process through the region smoothly
- Lead and develop e-learning content, interactive learning module & blended X
- Partner with global team on user data and data feeds on digital platform
- Analyze and design system to align with organization goal of learning organization
- Manage digital training solutions continuously to improve on a learning culture that elevates employee and organizational performance
- Monitor, reviews and evaluates with global, regional compliance resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage and system problems
Multimedia Learning Material
- Engage in instructional design processes and deliver best practices to ensure the quality and consistency of multi-modality learning materials for participants
- Analyze and provide recommendations on design implementation and learning material of training and development programs for specific target groups
- Supervise team to develop instructional media to support development activities and ensure implementation effectiveness
- Monitor usage rate, learning hours, completion rate with level of Learners’ satisfaction
Digital Learning Analytic
- Manage database design, data processing and data sources to cloud environment
- Lead data analytics to make more-informed learning strategies for further decisions and increase the efficiency of online contents
- Lead and create standard reporting, dashboard and metrics to systematize transparency data structure
- Partner with Talent team for self-service data and analytic
Learning Partner Agenda
- Collaborate with global and PPT leaders from all functions to identify needs, conceptualize learning modules and content in order to design, create, deliver, and/or recommend interactive digital learning solutions
- Partner and work collaboratively with teams to support online interactive content and Blended X to sustain on learning culture
We love that you are…
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in learning and development functions.
- At least 4 years' experience in digital learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Significant experience in designing e-learning solutions.
- Solid knowledge in instructional design with multimedia learning.
- Systematic thinking with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the Design Thinking model.
- Experience in big data management.
- A 'Can Do' attitude.
- Strong leadership, creativity, initiative, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai, with the ability to present to large audiences.
- The ability to drive solutions to complex business problems.
- A strategic perspective to create sustained results for Pandora (both financial and non-financial).
- The ability to make difficult decisions and appropriate trade-offs.
- Effective planning and efficient delivery of exceptional work while managing both volume and complexity.
- Inspirational leadership, practicing genuine humility, and placing the team above personal interests.
