  • Manage cycle & fast track
    • Ensure effective development to meet margin, align across functional teams / propose alternative solutions to resolve design and cost conflict.
    • Assure all milestones are met.
    • Co-work between business units ensuring all requirements of fast track were met, prioritizing related tasks to meet overall delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate with design development team
    • Drive the product development part of the I&PD.
    • managing timeline by communicating with BKK teams and facilitating interactions with HQ.
    • Communicate and act as a troubleshooter between design and manufacturing.
    • Raise red flag & escalation, provide feedback of high risk and recommendation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other functions in Thailand.
    • Oversee the end-to-end Product Development process and manufacturing start gate 0 until gate 4
    • Leading and governing Product Development timeline to relevant functions following E2E milestone.
    • prioritizing the appropriate resources are allocated for each cycle.
    • Centralization of collaboration and information from differences cross functional team. Oversee and manage new product development costs.
  • Pre-Production & Launch Preparation (gate2 to gate4)
    • Development collaboration with pre-production & production for launch readiness.
    • Involve related team to be ready for mitigation plan & agility through task force (drive product to be launch successfully)
  • E2E alignment across global team.
    • Translate C&S (Crafting & supply) capabilities to HQ for new product launch
    • Supporting information, master plan alignment, prioritizing work and resolve resource conflict.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in area of Business - Management or any related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the jewelry industry would be preferred.
  • Leadership ability to successfully own product development processes.
  • Highly skilled in planning and using planning software and tools.
  • Fluently in English communication
