Manager, Change/Communication
Imagine being responsible for managing Change in conjunction with both technical specialists and change professionals – to help maximize the ability to achieve desired changes for the world’s largest jewellery brand. If you love driving our Manu Tech transformation, delivering change management and communication activities aimed to maximize change adoption, ultimately resulting in the realization of Pandora’s objectives and our business goals, then you might be our next Manager, Change/Communication at Pandora Crafting & Supply.
You’ll help to excite and delight our colleagues to maximize the value from our products and projects by producing creative and high-quality change, training and communications plan and helping our product teams to bring these to life.
This collaborative role will help us to have a positive effect to our colleagues and customers impacted by our changes. It will be a fun, hands-on role, perfect for someone dependable and proactive, who loves to roll up their sleeves, lead on change management and to work closely as part of a fun, dynamic team.

- Work closely with our Manu Tech Product teams
- Embed the change management agenda across our function, especially supporting our colleagues to understand our end users
- Create awareness of changes, build desire for our products and enable our colleagues to get the best out of the data and tools they have to hand through change management, training and communications
- Own and deliver against a change and communication plan; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format and that these audiences are well informed
- Enterprise and function wide change activities to enable new ways of working in and outside of Manu Tech
- Define and execute the activities to help ensure achievement of the projected business benefits after delivery
- Identify stakeholders impacted by change and drive a right-sized stakeholder management plan
- Outline key business engagement messages that need to be communicated throughout projects
- Advise/coach on what to look out for when implementing changes
- Be an active member in shaping the global approach to change practices across Pandora
- Provide support to projects regarding transition and change planning on an ad-hoc basis
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in change management and communications
- Experience working in a technical environment or within an IT or Digital function
- In depth understanding of how people go through business change and the change process
- Familiarity with agile approaches, tools and phases of the product lifecycle
- Full professional proficiency with strong written and oral English required
- Proven track record from similar organizations or positions
- Excellent skills in Power Point and with written communication
- Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to structure and follow up proactively and creatively
- Ability to develop successful and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exhibit stellar motivation and attitude
- Curiosity to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills in both a physical and digital environment
- Good cooperation skills and interpersonal skills
