RUNNING THE BUSINESS
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Run sourcing process of purchase of categories and ensure the process is align with sourcing procedure and related policy
- Do spend analysis and define potential saving of spend per categories. Drive and execute cost saving activities.
- Lead supplier negotiation in term of commercial term & technical term (if need) to ensure the Pandora’s requirement is
- Instruct and Implement category’s strategy align with direction of Procurement.
- Implementing supplier base per sub-categories and ensure the number of supplier is ready to use when the project comes.
- Minimize conflict of interest through challenging status quo, ensure engagement and alignment on strategy and tactical from key stakeholders including decision.
- Negotiate and create draft contract based on master contract template and consult with Legal in case of deviation from master template – Legal supports Procurement team
- Create and maintain supplier master data and participate in relevant governance forum as needed
Cost Management
- Negotiate and drive competitive cost structure and credit term. Develop robust action plan to closely monitor cost saving performance as well as headwinds through performance report to achieve budgetary goals.
- Perform market research/benchmarking on suppliers with input from Production team and other relevant stakeholders
- Gather market intelligence on upcoming trends and changes
Ethical & Sustainable Procurement
- Ensure responsible sourcing initiative and collaborate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders including Global Sustainability Board
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder to define and manage risk of project and also ensure high adherences to standard of procurement.
- Support supplier assessment and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards
Financial and Budget control
- Input and execute on departmental budget, objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
CHANGING THE BUSINESS
Supply resilience
- Monitor and Execute an effective risk mitigation (for example multi-source, supply chain mapping and etc.) to safeguard against disruptions.
- Execute sourcing and category strategy to support KFVN in ensuring competitive cost, high compliance and project timeline.
Sustainability
- Support Carbon emission team and drive suppliers on carbon emission engagement programme to deliver company target commitment
LEADING THE BUSINESS
- Supervise high performing procurement teams that meet agreed objectives and which deliver best practice results, added value, strategical approach and continuous improvement
At least 5 years or more experiences in Category Management, Strategic sourcing, Cost validation in Indirect Material category. Be able to drive the bidding project and collaborate with stakeholder to achieve project KPI with high governance structure
• High experiences in Project strategy and management
• Ability to drive the solution to complex business problem
• Demonstrate the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
• Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
• Has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of talented individuals
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
