Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Run and execute sourcing, negotiation strategy and category management
- Perform risk, cost-scenarios, pricing analysis and Market Intelligent update & trends for each product category
- Manage strong relationships with supplier and partners and manage supplier relationships and performance
- Collaborate effectively with Quality and relevant stakeholders to ensure high adherences to standards of direct materials, indirect materials and other
- Collaborate effectively with Material Management, supplier and relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and production schedule of direct materials, indirect materials and other
- Create operational standardized data analytics including spend analysis to manage category strategy
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
Compliance & Governance
- Execute purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and compliance requirements
- Execute supplier assessment effectively (both supplier qualification and supplier performance evaluation) is applied and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards to aid and improve business performances
- Negotiate and create draft contract based on master contract template and consult with Legal in case of deviation from master template. Work effectively on contract coverage and its compliance
Cost Management
- Negotiate and drive competitive cost structure and credit term.
- Execute effective action to achieve budgetary goals
Ethical & Sustainable Procurement
- Collaborate with RSP team for responsible sourcing initiative with both external and internal stakeholder.
- Execute proper actions with suppliers to ensure full compliance in creating high standards of responsible sourcing
Stakeholder management
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement strategies and seamless procurement process with business goals.
Financial Budget and Control
- Input and execute on departmental budget, objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
Supply Resilience
- Monitor and Execute an effective risk mitigation (for example multi-source, supply chain mapping and etc.) to safeguard against disruptions
- Execute sourcing and category strategy to support KFVN in ensuring competitive cost, high compliance and project timeline
Sustainability
- Support Carbon emission team and drive suppliers on carbon emission engagement program to deliver company target commitment
Leading the business
- Coach and develop high performing procurement teams that meet agreed objectives and which deliver best practice results, added value, strategical approach and continuous improvements
We love that you are…
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields
- 7 years or more within purchasing or significant experience in a relevant function
- Experiences in Jewellery business is preferable especially in refinery field
- Be able to initiate the solution to most complex business problems
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
- Strong team player within and across teams
- Able to manage project to ensure overall sourcing activities within timeline and budget to support project launch
- Commercially and financially aware
