Manager, Branding & Content
Main purpose of the role
With engaging communications to media, NGOs and other stakeholders Pandora drives corporate reputation and brand desirability.
Through inspiring and direction-setting communications, we drive high employee engagement to deliver on the strategy and position Pandora as a sustainability leader in our industry.
The Manager, Branding & Content is key in overseeing the branding and content creation from the heart of Pandora’s production, PPT in Bangkok.
He/she will have strong ties with the Global Corporate Branding team and assist in establishing a content hub that services the business across channels – internally and externally.
Key accountabilities:
- Liaise closely with the Corporate Branding and Employee Communications and Engagement team in Copenhagen to create content campaigns across strategy, values and key business target groups
- Manage the content team in Thailand and be a part of establishing a global content hub
- Arrange and manage the company’s local corporate events, e.g. the PPT management townhall, and functional townhall in collaboration with the global team
- Liaise and facilitate the craftsmanship showcase abroad
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
- Experience working in a global organisation
- Experience working with content agencies within Thailand is a big plus
- Able to develop and supervise the production of a variety of content formats - including graphic, powerpoint presentations, articles, and video
- Strong language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai
- Technology-savvy and passion for digital and social media platforms plus other creative communication channels
- Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills
