- Manage, supervise, review, and approve the master plan for Automation Development to align with Product development, Innovation, Plant PEX, Local Facilities, Quality Manufacturing and Production.
- Co - create and collect access to resources for automation technical solution and innovative solution with Product development, Innovation, Plant PEX, Local Facilities, Quality Manufacturing and Production.
- Deploy strategic direction by creating key milestone activities for Automation Development and Alternative Development.
- Seach new technology automation technical/ alternative technical to integration in development process.
- Provide annual budget planning (OPEX/CAPEX) and control Fixed Assets for Automation Development and Alternatives Development to ensure effective budget execution.
- Define and improve effective internal working flow process of automation development/ alternatives development.
- Co - Define and improve stakeholder working flow process of automation development/ alternatives development with Product Development, Innovation, Plant PEX, Production, Alternative Operation, Local Facilities and Manufacturing Quality.
- Co - Define and improve effective external supplier working flow process of Automation Development/Alternatives Development with Suppliers, Manufacturer and Procurement.
- Provide and assess criteria for automation/alternative technical aspects in the supplier selection phase for the Procurement process.

- Minimum 5 years experiences in manufacturing business
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Automation Development.
- Experience to solution of Automation machine.
- Experience to workshop (Machine Fabrication) management.
- Experience to lead project/activity with cross functional team.
- Automation development (Machine Design Mechanical/Electrical)
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Can work under pressure and hard working.
- Good English communication
