Responsibilities;
Strategy and Insights
- KEY OBJECTIVES
- Support Plant VP strategy development and decision making based on data-driven analysis
- KEY DUTIES
- Advocate and translate craft & suplied strategic goals to plant operation’s tactical and operational outcomes
- Track plant operation performance, identify areas for improvement and flag up any deviations from strategic targets
- Oversee the strategy counsel forum to review progress and outcomes of existing strategic initiatives and make decisions on future continuation, scoping, and timeline
- Coordinate with cross functional team on strategic initiatives and moderate communication/feedback channels between plant and share service
- Work in coordination with Risk Management to identify key risks that may affect the strategic outcomes of the organization
Support adhoc project related with Plant operation as assigned
Strategic Project Management
- KEY OBJECTIVES
- Manage and prioritize the full portfolio of strategic projects; work hand-in-hand with functional leaders to develop and implement improvement ideas
- Assist organization in cross functional and transformational capital projects
- KEY DUTIES
- Deploy project management best practices
- Drive project management cadence
- Oversee the project counsel forum to track strategic outcomes/risks (including quality gates) and review process maps and gaps
- Work closely with internal compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to internal and external rules and requirements
- Monitor adoption of project outcomes after handover to business functions in the mid term
- Manage communications, stakeholders, and change management working side-by-side with HR and functional leaders
- Ensure clarity and coordination in resource allocation, accountability allocation, and project timeline to ensure on-time / on-budget delivery of capital projects
- Track process and work closely with project accounting to develop, update and track business case and costs
Qualifications;
- Bachelor to master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field
- 10 years in Business with management skill
- Experience to Strategic Manangement or Project Management in Plant Production are most preferred
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
- Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
- Good English communication and self-confident.
