About the Team:
Pandora is embarking on an ambition path to deliver on our Digital strategy to build an agile end-to-end. We are embracing a scaled Agile setup structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes. You will play a key part in driving initiatives within merchandising and supply chain planning solutions. You will act as the connector between functional needs and technology and ensure we are always working on the things that creates value for our consumers and the business.
As a Senior Engineer in supply chain technology, you will be responsible for delivering the new solutions and enhancing the existing one by capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements; reviewing and providing input into solutions and then designing and delivering of those requirements with relevant parties. With our strong focus on quality, we also expect that you will play a role in creating and supporting of the test cases executions, so that we ensure that our solutions are scalable, simple and drive operational excellence.
The role has a Integrated Planning area focus. You will collaborate closely with different business teams including Global Merchandising, Manufacturing and Planning Teams in developing and rolling out solutions to our local markets. You will be a member of one of the product teams, which is focused on optimizing the way we operate. Aspects of the role will be highly commercial, and will involve development, training business users & responsibility for the successful implementation of proposed processes and applications.

- Be focusing on delivering Digital Solutions in the Supply Chain area
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions using cutting edge technologies including but not limiting to: Azure Tech Stack (Azure Data Factory, Kafka, etc), T-SQL (Azure, Python), Databricks
- Using best practice standards and methods in persistent data modelling, data architecture, data platforms, agile delivery and DevSecOps principles
- Designing and building the Data Structures to cover for the changing landscape
- Upkeeping and expanding Data Products withing Product Lines
- Designing & delivering of the integrations using the latest technologies (including ADF, Kafka, Databricks, etc)
- Capturing system requirements gathering for Data – load, transformation, extract, and reporting.
- Working closely with Business Analyst to translate the User workflow to frame the user experience and translating to system
- Working with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand Business requirements to optimize the end to end system workflow

- 3+ years of experienced in designing, developing and implementing data driven solutions (Databricks & Python)
- 3+ years of experienced in modeling the data structures
- 3+ years of experienced in creating the Integrations flows (using Event driven architecture, Microservices)
- 1+ years of experienced in using SQL Server T-SQL (Azure, MS SSAS)
- Experience in gathering and clarifying the requirements for data flows and integrations
- Experience in gathering and clarifying the requirements for data handling and processing
- Obsession about identifying new technology opportunity & potential and you are naturally curious in solving these whilst making a business impact
- Obsession with simplifying the complex, finding the best ways to solve problems here and now
