Main purpose of the role:
|
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
- Develop and implement HR programs, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, conduct orientations, and ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Plan training courses, and gather employee requirements to enhance skills.
- Administer HR plans and procedures, assist in implementing personnel policies, and maintain the employee handbook.
- Maintain employees record on HR system.
- Ensure compliance with Thailand employment laws
- Organize monthly events that promote staff engagement.
- Apply analytical technique, statistic, and database to support all related decisions making
- Other tasks/projects as assigned
- Provide collaboration in complying with the policy and regulations related to work environment, occupational health and safety

Candidate Description
|
Educational background:
|
Bachelor or Master
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Master’s would be an advantage
- Human Resource Management, Business Management
|
Field of study:
(Preferred education)
|

|
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
|
Years’ experience
3-5 yrs.
Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR and Admin role
|

- Ability to work well under pressure, independent, proactive, good management skills, highly responsible, reliable, positive attitude.
- International mindset
- Knowledge of current Thailand Labour laws and regulations
- Logical and methodical thinking, self-confident
- Excellent in interpersonal skills, attention to details, team-oriented and hands on

Computer Skills:

- Microsoft office package. Good at EXCEL & PowerPoint

- English & Thai, fluent in speaking and written.
