Group Leader, Store Raw Material BB

Role&Responsiblities

• ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการรับ -จัดเก็บ-จ่ายวัตถุดิบ เพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการผลิตของฝ่ายผลิต ให้ถูกต้อง และเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด 

Control of the receipt, storage material process and distribution to support production to be accurate and most effective. 

• วางแผน ควบคุม การจ่ายและส่งมอบวัตถุดิบให้ถูกต้อง ทันตามความต้องการของฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อสนันสนุนเป้าหมายขององค์กร 

Plan and control, distribution and deliver in accordance with the requirements of the production department to support  

the company's goals. 

• จัดทำแผนการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลัง ควบคุมดูแลการตรวจนับให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด และส่งรายงานผลให้แก่ผู้จัดการแผนก 

Make the stock count plan report, and monitor with team to be in accordance with the scheduled plan and send the report to manager. 

• ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรับส่งข้อมูลสำหรับการสนับสนุนแผนการปฏิบัติงานการผลิต  เพื่อให้สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 

Coordinate with relevant department to contact and report the information for supporting the plan production to achieve company's goals. 

• ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อสนันสนุน KPI ในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ พร้อมทั้งสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและนโยบายของบริษัท 

Improve process in department to efficiency and drive the Company’s KPI ,Consistent with the goals and policies of the company. 

• สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกับทีม ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และหาแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาในอนาคตได้ 

Analysis the concern issue and solve the problems with the team efficient and find the ways to preventive in the future. 

• ควบคุมดูแลและตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดขององค์กร 

Supervise and check the work process of subordinates to be efficient and in accordance 

with the company's requirements. 

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ กฎหมายและข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท 

                    Comply with the Company's rules, laws and regulations. 

• เสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับพนักงานและให้คำปรึกษากับทีมเพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานและมีทัศนคติที่ดี 

                   Encourage employees by inspiring, motivating, and mentoring them toward best-in-class practice to develop their  

                   competencies and attitude. 

• ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา 

Execute assignment by Manager.

Qualifications

• Working  more than 3 years of experience leading on Logistic and Warehouse management, Production planning  or Production management related field.

• Familiar with ERP e.g. SAP, AX Dynamics is a plus.

• MS Excel skill is a must. 

• Must understand and speak Thai language.
