• ผลักดัน KPI ในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของตนเองและสนับสนุน KPI ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าชิ้นงานและโครงการต่าง ๆ สามารถส่งมอบได้ทันตามเวลาด้วยคุณภาพและต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม

• ดำเนินการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับวิธีการและขั้นตอนที่กำหนดในระบบของแพนดอร่า เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของฝ่ายและองค์กร

• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างทันท่วงที รวมถึงหาแนวทางป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำในอนาคต

• ตรวจติดตามกิจกรรมการผลิตรายวัน/รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือน ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายด้วยต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม

• ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานประจำวันในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ โดยสามารถอธิบายสถานการณ์ วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และรายงานหัวหน้างานได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

• รายงานผลการผลิตประจำวัน เปรียบเทียบกับแผนการผลิต และติดตามผลให้แน่ใจว่ายอดการผลิตเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย

• ควบคุมให้ทีมปฏิบัติตาม WI และ Routing อย่างถูกต้อง ให้สอดคล้องตามแผนการผลิตและมาตรฐานการผลิต

• สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement)

• เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ทีมงาน เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและทัศนคติในการทำงาน

• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการ

• รักษาและดูแลทรัพย์สินของบริษัทในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ เช่น กฎหมายแรงงาน จรรยาบรรณของ Pandora, Disney, RJC, BOI เป็นต้น

• ควบคุมและบังคับใช้กฎหมายด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท

คุณสมบัติ…

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานช่างแต่ง เติมสี (enamel) หรือทูโทน ในสายการผลิต

• เคยเป็นหัวหน้างาน หรือมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี

• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเขียนภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

To supervise and manage subordinates in the assigned area to achieve company objectives while maintaining compliance with company rules and regulations.

We love that you are…

• Drive KPIs of the responsible area and related shared KPIs to ensure that products and projects are delivered on time, meeting quality standards at the lowest possible cost.

• Execute production in accordance with Pandora procedures and work instructions (WI) to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

• Analyze issues promptly, provide short-term corrective actions, and establish long-term preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

• Monitor production activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Oversee daily operations on the shop floor, identify production progress or issues, and report promptly to the supervisor.

• Report daily production output versus targets, identify problems and action plans, and follow up to ensure execution as planned.

• Ensure adherence to WI and Routing in alignment with production plans and manufacturing standards.

• Provide ideas, recommendations, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a role model and mentor to enhance team performance and foster a positive attitude.

• Perform other assignments or projects as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager.

• Ensure proper care and maintenance of company assets in the responsible area.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor law, Pandora Code of Conduct, Disney Code of Conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. Coordinate with HR as appropriate.

• Control and enforce company environmental, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications…

• Experienced in jewelry finishing, enamel, or two-tone production processes

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and writing skills in both Thai and English
