Imagine being responsible for the Order to Cash processes related to Manufacturing and be the bridge between the Process team in Copenhagen and the Process team in Manufacturing, Thailand.   • Implement SAP S/4 HANA best practice processes for the Order to Cash area related to Manufacturing ensuring global processes are aligned with other functional workstreams in Pandora
  • Represent the Order to Cash stream in relation to Manufacturing ERP.
  • Secure decisions taken within the Order to Cash stream is aligned with Manufacturing, Distribution and other key stakeholders to secure SAP S/4 HANA best practices.
  • Secure utilization of SAP Advisory Service when decisions on future Processes are made.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops online and onsite around the world.
  • Be involved in decision for master data migration strategy.
  • Take ownership of data cleansing and migration for Order to Cash Data.
  • Meet deadlines for Program deliverables for the SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Manage hands-on work with designing, testing and delivering changes to processes 
  • Stakeholder management, internal as well as external 
  • Process documentation
  • In addition also be on-site contact for Thailand Distribution Center for topics related to Order to Cash.
  • Support Pandoras growth strategy, Pandora is taking big steps to replace the current ERP landscape with SAP S/4 HANA
     

We love that you are…

  • 5+ years of experience working within Process Management and system rollouts (SAP or other ERP)
  • Potential relevant experience from another area within Pandora
  • A master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or similar
    Excellent project management skills including workshop facilitation
  • Medium/high level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Power Point/Visio)
  • Large experience with Agile training, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean or Prince 2.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a high personal drive, be a team player and be motivated to be part of the Global Operations Development team. You need to understand business processes and systems – and specifically have a cross value chain business understanding (between Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail). You need solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, and you need to be able to collaborate cross-functionally. We imagine you have experience from a global organisation, potentially by living abroad, and is located in Thailand to sit in our offices at Manufacturing site. 

 

Your new team

The Order to Cash team in the roll-out Program currently consists of 36 members both consultants and internal Pandora Process Managers which all are skilled and easy going. They are a very supportive group with a lot of can-do attitude which hopefully will ensure a steep learning curve for you in the team. Change is a constant, why good spirit and adaptability has also become a key characteristic for the team. You will be reporting to the Director of Order to Cash, Global Operations Development.
