The Role
This role is a strategic member of the tech strategy & architecture organization that establishes enterprise-wide architecture principles, architecture patterns, enterprise architecture framework, also key player in defining target reference architecture for complete Crafting & Supply functional domains for Pandora. This role will be crucial, in facilitating strategic & tactical technology decisions, and resolve conflicts on architecture related matters for crafting & supply domain. As enterprise architect, you will partner closely with other architects from domain, lead engineers, executives, and product management across the domain to solve complex problems and deliver mission critical services that work at scale across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AS-IS view, in transit view and target enterprise architecture view for manufacturing technology, product (jewellery) design & development and corporate technology functional domains, including business architecture, data architecture, application architecture & technology architecture
- Design enterprise architecture for different transformative LRP programs, with architecture runway, for full crafting & supply functional domain, which includes manufacturing tech, supply chain concerning manufacturing plant, corporate tech to support manufacturing domain
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive an architecture decision, to critical problem statements, facilitate consensus building among engineers, product managers and architects from omni retail & marketing domain
- Be a key driver in L1 governance forum , and facilitate L0 topics concerning crafting & supply domain
- This role will work closely with organization domain leadership team, and will also engage proactively with business stakeholders to connect business ambitions with tech ambitions
- Serve as a thought leader in adopting new technologies and frameworks, conducting research, and evaluating emerging trends to keep our architecture future ready.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to translate business needs into technical actions and achievable goals.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Contribute to open source, community projects and engineering standards.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an enterprise architect or in a similar leadership role within enterprise architecture, preferably in a large-scale retail or manufacturing industry
- Proven experience working with manufacturing tech platforms for PIM and MES like SAP digital manufacturing
- Proven experience working with PLUs, Scada system, sensor integration platforms to support OT architecture
- Knowledge on OT infrastructure and network architecture will be a big plus
- Proficiency in modern architectural patterns related with application development, engineering practises, integrations, data & hosting
- Excellent structuring skills and presentation skills, to translate complex digital eco system into audience-friendly format
- Excellent communication skills to present topics depending on audience, to land the message effectively
- Proficiency in architecture framework (TOGAF, IAF)
- Proficiency in business architecture, data architecture, applications architecture and technology architecture
- Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices, including agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience of working with major Public Cloud Providers like Azure, including using Infrastructure-as-Code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams in dynamic environments.
