Director, Talent (Base in Gemopolis)

[KEY OBJECTIVES]

  • Active role in defining, building and delivering the Talent Management process across PANDORA Production Thailand (PPT) in partnership with business leaders and HRBP
  • Be part of Global Talent team to co-create to deliver on standard, frameworks and tools for the development and transitions of our various leadership
  • Develop dedicated leadership capabilities and development program
  • Manage end-to-end learning & development programs and jewelry skill development (JSD)
  • Oversee digital learning program, including management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Oversee training policies, procedures, and records to comply with labor law

[KEY DUTIES]

  • Develop an integrated learning & development strategy for leaders and employees to support the organization’s vision and business strategy
  • Co-design with talent global team on training methods and materials to fit with learners talent agenda activities such as leadership and culture- including performance management, mobility, onboarding, diversity and inclusion
  • Oversee leadership capability development of our various leadership levels
  • Oversee the training, development roadmap and learning intervention
  • Manage and ensure plant-level consistency for the Jewelry Skills Development (JSD)  training programs, skill level and transfer
  • Provide consultancy expertise and guidance to our leaders in partnership with others HR&S leaders and HRD on talent agenda, culture and building high performing teams
  • Establish end-to-end career & development career and development culture and professional development experience
  • Co-creat & develop global program such as succession planning to enhancing and growing careers across Pandora
  • Develop and drive digital learning programs and online learning & development solutions
  • Drive people agenda and development standard and framework
  • Establish and cultivate relationships within Pandora and with key stakeholders on learning & Development
  • Create mutual understanding and buy-in through communicate on development roadmap/calendar/ opportunities to targeted learners
  • Drive learning culture in organization through variety of learning activities and Edutainment Center
  • Monitor and review training evaluations, compile results for reports, training data, track and support for compliance as required by law


Professional qualifications;

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar Leadership/ Talent role
  • Experience within a global organization, manufacturing and consumer industry
  • Familiarity with people development approaches, leadership framework, leadership assessment, development, succession, cultural change and transformations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with people across all levels in the organization
  • Global Mindset with strong collaboration skills, enjoys working in a matrix organization
  • Drive the solution to most complex business problems
  • Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial & non-financial)
  • Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
  • Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
  • Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
  • Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders
