Director, Talent (Learning & Development COE)
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic individual to spearhead end-to-end training, capability development, and talent program. This role will play a critical part in shaping the growth journeys of our employees while driving a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and drive a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports our business goals and people priorities.
• Champion digital learning and innovation, including the management of our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Lead capability building initiatives, including leadership development and career path programs.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to align development needs with our strategic roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end employee development lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Program & Curriculum Development
• Co-create tailored learning content, development programs, and onboarding materials.
• Design structured career paths and succession planning frameworks in line with global standards.
• Maintain and enhance skill development frameworks, especially within Jewelry Skills Development at the plant level.
• Promote and facilitate internal knowledge sharing (e.g. Train-the-Trainer programs).
Execution & Operations
• Oversee training calendars, content deployment, program logistics, and training compliance.
• Manage departmental training budgets and training records to meet legal and corporate standards.
• Partner with HRBPs and plant teams to ensure consistent implementation across all sites.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and talent review processes.
• Ensure training evaluation, data tracking, and insights lead to continual improvements.
Culture & Continuous Improvement
• Champion a learning culture through diverse and inclusive learning initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize training programs based on feedback and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to close talent pipeline gaps and address skill needs.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, HROD, Education, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related HR leadership roles in an international environment.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with tools like 360 assessments, personality profiling, and blended learning models.
• Expertise in talent management processes—especially talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development.
• Strategic, data-driven, and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for developing people.
• A collaborative and inspirational leadership style with a strong sense of humility and drive.
• Excellent planning and execution skills—able to deliver impactful programs at scale.
