HR Operations & Transformation Director role will focus on strategic improvements, optimizing HR processes, and integrating new technologies to reduce administrative tasks and uplift employee experience of the organization.

 

Key accountabilities:

Administration: The HR Operations team is responsible for people related administrative tasks that keep the business running. These tasks include payroll management, staff data entry, and maintenance. 
Compliance:  Legally, organization has to be aligned with country-specific labor laws when tasked with things such as hiring, workplace rules, and employee treatment. HR Operations outlines the HR compliance policies that need to be followed internally.  
Recruitment:  HR operations pick up administrative work from the recruitment team e.g. contract generation, structured onboarding program, connecting with related functions to prepare right onboarding experience to employees
Offboarding:  It involves administrative tasks like ensuring the employee returns company property, notifying IT and payroll about personnel changes, and preparing any paperwork the employee might need to sign.
Single source of pooled data: Maintain accurate employee documentation, including changes and associated procedures.  The function will provide data and support to HRBP and handle inquiries related to process and policy from employees
HR technology solutions : HR operation and transformation will provide insight and reports on HR metrics to support company decision making
Process transformation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of existing employee related processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement. 

 

Qualifications & Competencies

•    Bachalor’s degree and above in Human Resource or related field

•    Previous experience in a similar role ideally in an HR employee experience coupled with previous HR administration experience in multinational companies
•    Experience in people transformation/ automation with success stories
•    General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes and labour Law
•    Have worked in a rapid, fast-moving environment, which is both complex and dynamic
•    Have worked in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment

•    Leadership excellence with team member of 10+
•    Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy of working
•    The ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate on workload
•    Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
