- Oversee day-to-day performance and order status
- Develop strong relationships with supplier and partners and manage supplier relationships and performance for Contract Manufacturing
- Collaborate effectively with Product Development and Quality to ensure high adherences to standards
- Monitor supplier compliance
- Drive supplier assessment and collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure stringent standards
- Drive cost savings of spend per supplier
KEY DUTIES:
- Set overall contract manufacturing strategy and category management strategy, policies, and performance expectation with clear alignment with Pandora-wide and PPT-wide strategy
- Maximize and leverage market competition to deliver value to Pandora and PPT especially under category management strategy
- Set high-level targets and plans for Contract Manufacturing sub-functions such as annual savings, contract governance and better supplier relationships and terms
- Provide input to overall Supply Chain strategy as appropriate
- Collaborate with VP to align on strategic directions as appropriate to ensure effective procurement process
