As part of the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Bangkok, we are looking for a Delivery Manager for Manufacturing Technology.

 

Your Role as Delivery manager, Manufacturing Technology:

In this role you will be leading the delivery of programs within Manufacturing Technology and be working across programs and Product lines (a virtual agile organisation that maintains and enhances our Manufacturing Technology solutions). You will become an integral part of the Delivery team, working alongside Product and Engineering Leads, business stakeholders and report directly to the Delivery Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Technology.
 

We would like to hear from you if you are a strong enabler & facilitator with a servant leadership mindset, strong foundations in Agile, with previous working experience as delivery lead, a Scrum Master for multiple teams or similar. 

You can see yourself working in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders, where your communication and interpersonal skills are needed and your ability to collaborate and engage is essential.

 

We love that you will…

  • Oversee and lead the E2E delivery of larger programs and initiatives leveraging the suitable delivery methodology (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Develop and define comprehensive plans, including milestones, critical path and resource allocation to ensure programs are delivered in quality, on time and budget in Manu Tech
  • Own program budgets and financials and work closely with Finance and the Manu Tech leadership on strict financial control
  • Leads project teams and coordinate their activities to ensure project objectives are meet
  • Actively identifies, assesses and manages risks and dependencies for the success of the program
  • Collaborates with external partners to deliver program objectives 
  • Support Product Management in creating clear OKRs and ensure focus on delivering the right value to the business.
  • Support the teams to maintain their delivery pace and remove impediments and blockers that might get in the way of their delivery.

 

We love that you are…

  • +5 years of Delivery / Project management experience in large scale strategic programs or projects
  • Expert level project management and leadership skills for managing projects and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in successfully managing and guiding complex projects from blueprinting, solutioning, capacity planning, budgeting and rollout
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile)
  • Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe) is an advantage
  • A good understanding and interest in Manufacturing technology and the variety of disciplines and interplays involved in technology delivery.
  • Good knowledge and proven experience with agile methodology and practices (Scrum, Kanban), ideally, including effective scaled agile frameworks (for example SAFe or Spotify).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex internal and external dependencies, to plan and sequence work across teams, and to understand dependencies outside of your team.
  • Problem solver, you can help remove the impediments your team faces.
  • Has experience working with OKRs as a framework to measure success of the deliveries.
