Data Visualization Specialist

As our new Analytics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that we create technical analytics solutions that solve real business problems and engage users to drive adoption.

Furthermore, we are looking for a confident communicator that can explain solution designs and can tailor their message and solutions according to the audience.
Transform, model and visualize data
At PANDORA, we are growing our Data & Analytics footprint. As our new Analytics Engineer, you will work in a product team consisting of a product manager, a business analyst, along with various data engineers with the intent of further activating our data-informed culture within PANDORA’s Manufacturing Execution team. You will help optimize the production process of our jewelry using data and enabling business units to make better decisions through enterprise-level analytics solutions, along with engaging and easy-to-use self-service solutions.
Your primary focus will be building and implementing analytics solutions on our global data platform and expediting our self-service analytics strategy along with our team of excellent engineers in the organization.

- Understanding the underlying business problems that could be solved effectively with a business intelligence solution.
- Working closely with your product team to design efficient, stable, and to-the-point data products to drive commercial business value through reporting, self-service analytics and other data communication cases.
- Creating and maintaining high-quality and high-performance Power BI reports and semantic models.
- Taking ownership of your products and continuously tracking stability, adoption, and impact.
- Ensuring that great user experiences are at the heart of all deliverables.
- Delivering self-service solutions for end-users and training them in their usage.
- Working with stakeholders and end-users to assist with data-related technical challenges.
- Following best practices and existing guidelines whilst also challenging the status quo.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics, Digital Design or a related field, however experience and passion for data analytics is most important.
- At least 2 years of experience working with BI, data preparation, and visualization.
- Experience from a global retail and/or manufacturing organization.
- Proven experience with Power BI, DAX, Tabular Editor, along with Analysis Services, SSMS, Databricks, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Jira.
- Experience in working with relational data sets using SQL and Tabular models.
- High proficiency in English and ability to communicate at all levels of technical competence.
- Agile mindset and experience with Scrum and agile ways of working.
