As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for Data Governance Partner. The role is responsible for managing data governance on mission-critical data blocks across the organisation.
Your Role as a Data Governance Partner will
• Contribute and facilitate the overall roadmap and strategy for establishing data stewardship through a modern approach to data governance.
• Establish company-wide data governance council and data forums to facilitate executive decision making around trusted data.
• Align with stakeholders to ensure improvements of data foundation where it creates the most value.
What is needed to succeed:
• You have documented experience in data management and data governance.
• Understand the impact of data governance and data quality management on the operational business processes and steering.
• Change agent who knows how to demonstrate the value of data governance, and build an organizational understanding of the area.
• Experience with stakeholder management and getting different point of views to meet in shared solutions.
• Excellent relationship, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to navigate in a complex stakeholder environment.
