Data Analyst
Job Description:
You will serve as a Data Analyst in Manufacturing Data & Analytics, ensuring business outcomes through deep data analysis of Crafting & Supply data. You will translate business problems and opportunities into data and analytical deliveries. Your role will be instrumental in delivering insights and analytical use cases for key business stakeholders, senior management, and internal counterparts.
You will work on analytics supporting Pandora's strategy, enhancing our global manufacturing data foundation, building insights through analysis, fostering a more data-driven mindset and democratizing data by rolling out self-service analytics.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Work closely with the Data & Analytics Product Manager, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data & Analytics Engineering team to build insights and products that provide business opportunities and areas of improvement. You will translate business challenges and opportunities into analytics and insights for the business or data and analytical products that create an impact.
- Drive the adoption of self-service analytics in close collaboration with business data users
- Engage with the business analysts and facilitate data storytelling and insights as part of agile sprint sessions. You will map the insights and deliverables to priority and time constraints.
- Ensure credibility by providing timely and accurate insights and analyses of business performance.
What Is Needed To Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience within business intelligence/analytics.
- Experience with Manufacturing quality or engineering improvements and related analysis, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Ability to facilitate and drive self-service analytics discussion and a lead forum with business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in both business and technical language.
- Passion for understanding data and drawing conclusions from analyses.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Language skills in Thai & English.
