The main purpose of this role is to drive Change Management and Communication in Pandora’s Global ERP Implementation Programme (Compass) in Bangkok, Thailand. This includes, working closely with Global Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure ERP change initiatives are implemented successfully through a structured best practice Change Management and Communication approach, aligned with the Global ERP Change Management Strategy and activities.
The ERP Change & Communication Manager will focus on change management and communication activities in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, aimed to maximize usage and adoption of Pandoras new ERP Solution based on SAP 4/HANA, ultimately resulting in the realization of a simpler Pandora.
This role will be part of the Thailand ERP Implementation team as well as the Global Change Management Team. The role will mainly focus on the technology-driven change introduced to Pandoras processes and organization in Supply Chain and Manufacturing emerging from Pandoras implementation of SAP 4/HANA (Compass).
Pandora has embarked on a new Growth Strategy. Success of our new Strategy and supporting strategic efforts across Pandora rely on the success of Compass, our next generation ERP, as its the key enabler to unlock future business growth. The ERP solution is SAP 4/HANA and we are already well on the way.
The successful candidate must be based in Thailand, and is fluent in Thai.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Identify ERP Implementation change activities to enable new ways of working in Pandora, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Identify stakeholders impacted by technology driven changes and drive a right-sized stakeholder engagement plan
- Conduct change impact assessments
- Proactively engage, inform and influence Compass key stakeholders and prepare them for the change from Compass
- Own and deliver a change and communication plan for the Thailand ERP implementation; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format and based on the global ERP communication
- Define and execute the change management activities to help ensure achievement of the business benefits after delivery
- Advise/coach senior leadership on what to look out for when implementing changes and how to lead employees though the change that comes from the ERP implementation
- Collaborate closely with Global ERP Change Management Team
- Continuously seek external knowledge to drive increased efficiency in change impact across Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business; specialising in change management, communication, human resources, business transformation or similar,
- Proven experience with change management and communication from ERP Implementation program, preferably SAP 4/HANA
- In depth understanding of how people go through business change and the change process, from initiating the change to full adaptation
- Professional change management accreditation
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience in working in international environments
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral Thai and English required
- Proven track record from similar organizations or positions
- Excellent skills in Power Point and Excel
- Good cooperation skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop successful and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in Pandora
- Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Thai and English; other language competencies welcomed
- Strong facilitator and communicator
