The purpose of this role is to drive Change Management for Pandora’s ERP Implementation Programme (Compass) in Bangkok, Thailand, with the objective of ensuring strong adoption of SAP S/4HANA with end-users at Pandora Manufacturing and ultimately resulting in more efficient ways of working and the realisation of Pandora’s growth ambitions.


This role will be part of the Compass Manufacturing Template team, and will work from Bangkok and closely with key stakeholders to ensure a strong SAP S/4HANA adoption with the Pandora Manufacturing employees. 

To drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA, the Manufacturing Change Manager will focus on Change Management activities within the areas of communication, engagement and training aimed at impacted end-users and their managers. 


To be successful in this role, the ability to manage the Compass transformation with stakeholders throughout the entire Manufacturing organization is essential. Strong experience with the people side of change is also a must, including a proven track record of delivering on communication, engagement and training plans as well as reporting back to relevant Senior Stakeholders. 
The successful candidate must be based in Thailand and be fluent in English, Thai and/or Vietnamese.

The main responsibility of this new role is to ensure solid adoption of SAP S/4HANA amongst Manufacturing employees through successful Change Management, including communication, engagement and training of impacted employees and their leaders. 

 

Key Deliverables: Drawing on strategy and tooling from the Compass Change Management approach, personal experience, and recommendations from key Manufacturing stakeholders, responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

•    Identify stakeholders impacted by the Compass transformation in Manufacturing and drive a right sized stakeholder engagement plan to prepare them for the changes coming from Compass
•    Proactively advice and engage Manufacturing Snr. and middle management teams in driving the Compass transformation forward with their teams
•    Conduct Change Impact Analysis 
•    Contribute to business benefits delivery by owning and delivering on change action plan, derived from Change Impact Analysis as well as input from stakeholders in Manufacturing
•    Own and deliver against a communication plan which must be targeted impacted employees and their managers, ensuring that messages are crafted and timed to meet audience needs
•    Ensure consistent communication, engagement and training by collaborating closely with the global change team and the learning team 
•    Report on progress, challenges and risk to Change Lead, Compass Programme and Manufacturing Template Steer Co. 
•    Contribute to Compass Change Management framework and toolkit by developing new Change Management approaches and tools fit for Manufacturing purposes 
•    Define success metrics and track progress
 

Requirements and competencies: 

•    At least Bachelor Degree in Change & Transformation Management, Business Development, Communication, Human Resources or similar 

•    Proven experience with change management and communication from ERP Implementation program, preferably SAP 4/HANA
•    In depth understanding of how people go through business change and the change process throughout the full change life cycle from initiating the change to full adaptation
•    Professional change management accreditation 
•    Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
•    Experience in working in international environments and matrix organisations  
•    Full professional proficiency of written and oral Thai and English required
•    Proven track record from similar organizations or positions
•    Excellent skills in Power Point and Excel

•    Excellent collaboration skills and interpersonal skills 
•    Ability to develop successful and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in Pandora
•    Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
•    Ability to structure multiple actions, align w. stakeholders and follow up pro-actively to ensure positive progression on change activities and journey
•    Eager to grow professionally in a complex work environment, and curious to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills in both a physical and digital environment
•    Acts independently and proactively to solve problems, improve own work
