Business Process Manager - SAP S/4 Transformation
Main purpose of the role:
The Business Process Manager for Plan to Produce ERP Transformation plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation of Plan to produce processes of the new SAP S4 Hana platform within the organization. This role is specifically for the Manufacturing production planning area. This role is responsible for driving business process improvements, managing stakeholders across various levels, and facilitating change management initiatives to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the new SAP S4 Hana system.

Business Process Management - Production Planning and Scheduling
- Collect the current business processes, pain points, and requirements from stakeholders in order to provide information to external consultants.
- Understand and act as expert for the Manufacturing and production planning related areas during the discussion with external consultants throughout the ERP transformation journey
- Work with external consultant during the workshops to understand the requirements that can fit into the standard SAP and what cannot fit into the standard.
- Co-Lead with external consultants on gathering of the justification with business to form analysis on the gaps requirement to the standard SAP processes and present the options through relevant forums for approval
- Collaborate with external consultants and cross-functional teams to identify adjustment of processes, provide inputs to design in order to aligned with SAP best practices and maintain the clean core SAP principles as much as possible while still meeting the business needs.
- Work with external consultants to review and ensure level of comprehensiveness for documentation of business processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established processes and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including department heads, business unit leaders, and external vendors. Main stakeholders are Planning, Finance, Production etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact and communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address their concerns and feedback, manage expectations, and provide guidance on Plan to Produce process changes and improvement throughout the ERP transformation journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Global Process Owner and delivery manager on status and risks related to stakeholder engagement.
Change Management
- Support change manager to assess the impact of changes on workforce roles, responsibilities, and skill requirements.
- Work with Change manager to identify potential barriers, develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption of new processes and mitigate resistance to change.
- Work with Business Process Expert to create and deliver training programs, workshops, and communication materials to educate stakeholders on the benefits and implications of new processes and encourage active participation.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in Manufacturing supply chain planning area focusing on Manufacturing/Production Scheduling
- Strong understanding of processes, preferably SAP system, and business process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.
- Having Project management skill and familiarity with agile methodologies are advantageous
- Proficiency in SAP system and business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio) is desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of issues, generate innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions to overcome challenges encountered during the transformation process
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to foster a collaborative work environment by actively listening to stakeholders' input, soliciting feedback, and promoting open dialogue to achieve consensus and drive collective decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively when designing solutions to complex business challenges, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Language Proficiency: Excellent for writing, speaking, and reading. This project is working with multi nationalities team.
