Business Process Expert
Responsibilities:
[Key objectives]
- This role to ensure the proper connectivity of machine and MES.
- This role to ensure all requirements are efficiently to process/workflow connect with MES.
- This role liaises between Business and IT; not IT technology specific.
- This role is to engage and launch efficient operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
[Key duties]
- Understand and Gather business process requirements and document business process/workflow/machine activity from Business users and Maintenance team.
- Ensure all requirements on ERP and/or MES system to machine connectivity work in proper way, support core business activities and workflow.
- Work with the business to translate requirements for IT.
- Work collaboratively with project teams from multiple departments/ IT teams / consulting to access changes and implementations.
- Support process to cross-check / validate the connectivity of machine with MES system.
- Initiate / support continuous improvement initiatives (SMART factory creation, Data-driven manufacturing)
- User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Train key users (Train the Trainer) included training material preparation
- Support any/all phases of system/ product/process implementation (data migration, testing cycles, training and support)
- Ensure that all requirements/projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within timelines.
- After launching the project, support business users to ensure the system runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / industrial engineering / Automation engineer or related file.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in process improvement, automation process implementation or a relate role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with manufacturing technology project and data connectivity landscape.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and multitask to handle the issue.
- IT literate in MS Office, Visio, Project, etc.
- Good communication and writing skills (Thai and English)
- Good ability to train and share knowledge, skills, and attitudes with end users
- Experienced with ERP and/or MES systems (AX/SAP is an advantage)
- Knowledge or Experience in IoT and Automation process is a plus
- Understanding of Jewellery operation process / Plating process is a plus
