We love that you will…

  • Ensure the ERP and/or MES system can support the Manufacturing Quality function effectively.
  • This role liaises between Business and IT; not technology specific.
  • This role is to engage and launch efficient operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.

Business process:

  • Understand and Gather business process requirements and document business process/workflow from Business users.
  • Involve in projects as the business process to be fulfilled business requirements in every project phase.
  • Ensure that all requirements/projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within timelines.
  • Ensure the implemented system and data are maintained correctly and provide onsite support to the Manufacturing Quality teams.
  • Work with the business to translate requirements for IT.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams from multiple departments/ IT teams / consulting to access changes and implementations.
  • Ensure all requirements on ERP and/or MES system align across 3 plants.
  • Periods of highly intense working and short lead times on delivery of work and conversely periods of lesser intensity.
  • Multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Stakeholder management within the Quality team and cross-functionally with other workstreams in order to satisfy the business requirements.
  • Possible frequent traveling between Thailand and Overseas.

      Testing & Operation:

  • Involve and Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) end-user training, and validation of data migration mock runs.
  • Involve and Perform the Cycle of global testing and identify test cases, and test scenarios with IT and users.
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems (included training material preparation).

Maintenance & Enhancement:

  • After launching the project, support business users to ensure the system runs smoothly.
  • Collect and document additional new/change requirements to enhance the system.
  • Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solutions.
  • Support operation issues that are related to the system.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / industrial engineering / computer science & engineering or experience in the field as is a 3-year project management and manufacturing quality process.
  • IT literate in MS Office, Visio, Project, etc.
  • Good communication and writing skills (Thai and English)
  • Vietnamese language id an advantage.
  • Good ability to train and share knowledge, skills, and attitudes with end users
  • Multitask to handle the issue and share the knowledge.
  • Experienced with ERP and/or MES systems (AX/SAP is an advantage)
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
