ดำเนินการผลิตให้ตรงตามแผนการผลิตที่สุด โดยได้ผลลัพธ์ในการผลิตที่ดี และสามารถผลักดันหน่วยงาน Centralize Alternative Operation เครื่องประดับที่ดีที่สุด

• Responsible for production output of responsible area meet target on a daily and weekly basis

ดูแลการผลิตในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายทุกวันและทุกสัปดาห์

• Follow a Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.

ทำการผลิตอย่างระมัดระวัง และตรงตามคุณภาพที่กำหนด เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์/ชิ้นงานได้รับการส่งมอบตรงเวลาด้วยมาตรฐานคุณภาพสูงสุด โดยใช้ต้นทุนต่ำสุดที่เป็นไปได้

• Follow a production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices.

• Control execution as plan by follow of procedure and WI that register in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/department and including of resourcing management to be effectiveness.

ปฏิบัติงานตามแผนโดยปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนและ WI ที่ลงทะเบียนในระบบ Pandora เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของส่วนงาน/แผนก และรวมถึงการจัดการทรัพยากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

• Report supervisor in daily team meeting to discuss the output achieved compared target and report any issues found and to discuss the numbers achieved compared to target, participate in quality improvement activity highly response to issues & concern with corrective action, preventive action, do some analysis on the spot, and follow up to re-assure the execution is accomplished as plan.

รายงานหัวหน้างานในการประชุมทีมประจำวันเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับผลลัพธ์ที่ทำได้เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเป้าหมายและรายงานปัญหาที่พบ และเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับตัวเลขที่ทำได้เปรียบเทียบกับเป้าหมาย เข้าร่วมในกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาและข้อกังวลอย่างสูงด้วยการดำเนินการแก้ไข การดำเนินการป้องกัน ทำการวิเคราะห์ ตรงจุดและ นำสิ่งเหล่านั้นมาใช้เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการดำเนินการสำเร็จตามแผน

ทำงานให้สำเร็จตามมอบหมาย ทำตามขั้นตอนกระบวนการ ทำการผลิตอยู่ในช่วงเวลามาตรฐานที่ได้มีการกำหนดไว้ และอยู่ภายในข้อจำกัดของกระบวนการที่กำหนดไว้ ฯลฯ

• • Clearly visualize the progress and problem of Production situation and quickly adapt in an ever changing for machine processing and plan.

ทำให้กระบวนการผลิตดังกล่าวสำเร็จ และแก้ไขปัญหาของสถานการณ์การผลิตที่ไม่สำเร็จตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และสามารถเรียนรู้การใช้งานเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการผลิตอื่นๆ พร้อมที่จะพัฒนาตัวเองตลอดเวลาและ ตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว

• • Support supervisor in any assessment.

• • Runs machine in full capacities and control progress and coordinate and take care all the operations are running on the machines

ใช้งานความสามารถของเครื่องจักรอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพแลทำการผลิตชิ้นงานต่อเนื่องและคืบหน้าตามแผน รวมถึงกับการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และดูแลการทำงานทั้งหมดที่กำลังทำงานอยู่บนเครื่องจักรที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• • Respond to new requests coming from supervisor.

ตอบสนองต่อคำขอใหม่ที่มาจากหัวหน้างาน

• • Deliver sample with meet necessary engineering drawings and meet a criteria of appearances.

จัดส่งชิ้นงานที่ได้จากการผลิตให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน และแบบกำหนดชิ้นงาน และตรงตามรูปลักษณ์ที่กำหนดไว้ของชิ้นงานนั้นๆ

ผลิตให้ตรงตามเป้าหมายรายวัน เป้าหมายรายสัปดาห์ ลดต้นทุนหากเป็นไปได้ และดำเนินตามแนวการปฏิบัติในการทำงานที่ดีที่สุด

• • Meeting update and discuss with other departments

ประชุมอัพเดทและหารือกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ

• • Follow a process Validations to ensure manufacturing processes such as Routing, STD time, process constraints, etc. to align and maintain high standards of manufacturing operations

ทำตามกระบวนการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าทุกสิ่งเกี่ยวเนื่องกับกระบวนการผลิตดำเนินไปตรงตามกำหนดวิธีการผลิตทั้งหมด ตรงตามเป้าหมายของเวลา STD และเข้าใจในข้อจำกัด ของกระบวนการ ฯลฯ เพื่อจัดตำแหน่งและรักษามาตรฐานระดับสูงของการดำเนินการผลิต

• • Follow compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
