The Trade and Customs Coordinator will be responsible for Pandora’s Global Trade and Customs operational functions. This includes; classification, entry verification, post entry amendments, and creating import/export paperwork. This role will also include operational functions for Pandora’s Duty Drawback Program and First Sale. This position will be responsible for the entire Record Retention Program.

 

Your Role as a Trade and Customers Coordinator:

 

•    Knowledge in US Import Compliance to include: 

          Determination the US and Canadian classifications for Customs clearance according to the GRIs. Research binding rulings, consult with other Trade Compliance employees, and file binding rulings as needed

          Documentation (Customs entry and other official gov’t documents)
•    Support Customs & Trade Analysts with inbound/outbound transportation
•    Assist in conducting audits on US customs entries for accuracy in valuation, classification, origin, and other compliance metrics
•    Assist in maintenance of documented policies and procedures
•    Assist with responding to post entry inquires such as requests for information and managing post entry administrative activity
•    Responsible for day to day entry processes and all broker inquiries
•    Prep invoices for entry
•    Preparation and filing of duty drawback documentation
•    Work with warehouse storage on clearance of goods/merchandise
•    Responsible for “Customs” and “Aduanas” mailboxes

 

What is needed to succeed: 

Prefer:

•    Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade

 

3 to 5 years of equivalent combination of experience and education accepted

•    Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry
•    Experience with a global organization 
 

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP Global Trade Management systems, i.e. Integration Point

 

Baltimore Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience
