About the Team:

The Sales Operations Specialist- Retail Systems will play a pivotal role in solving challenges and bringing retail solutions to life in Pandora North America, with the goal of elevating the experience for our fans and empowering our store employees.

 

This role will lead and sometimes define the initiatives to improve the experience of store employees on the point-of-sale, mobile devices, and other software and hardware used by the store teams. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, a deep understanding of store operations, and project management skills.

 

 

As a Sales Operations Specialist- Retail System  you will….

 

  • Provide technological support for key store systems, including but not limited to:
    • Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS)
    • Core store system (POS and Inventory Management) – KWI
    • ShopperTrak
    • Engraving Systems
  • Key liaison to Digital & Technology for:
    • Internet Speed/Performance
    • Phone Systems
    • TCS (IT helpdesk)
  • Lead the technology workstream of all store process improvement projects in
  • Pandora North America.
  • Partners with OMNI on all system improvements for retail.
  • Lead and supports all NAM stores system pilots from planning to execution.
  • Develops and leads the testing efforts of systems to ensure major defects are
  • remediated prior to full implementation.
  • Coordinate pilot programs for systems projects, ensuring learnings are captured and adjustments are made prior to implementation to all stores.
  • Maintain tracking of stores running digital pilots for support, future pilots store selections, and to avoid stores pilot workload overload.
  • Partner with Pandora Global to provide insights into needs and priorities for
  • technology in Pandora North America
  • Provide insights into project methodologies to ensure continuous process improvement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 yrs experience in a related field
  • Demonstrates expertise in strategic programs and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational tools.
  • Exceptional ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with internal project management platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate project execution effectiveness.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Limited travel to support field operations and attend events

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.  

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
