The GTM Manager, Brilliance will play an instrumental role in Pandora North America’s growth and expansion plans. The GTM Manager will lead and execute the global marketing strategy for the NAM cluster, while partnering with cross-functional partners to create and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions. In this role, the GTM Manager will be responsible for leading Pandora’s launch of an entirely new category for the brand. They will partner closely with global marketing teams to support and influence global campaign development with local insights & best practices. 

 

The GTM Manager will be responsible for developing marketing activations, toolkits and recommendations for the NAM cluster. They will work closely with our Trade Marketing team to create high-level guidance for our retailers on national marketing spend, coop spend, local media strategies, and instore executions. They will also guide the GTM strategy for our owned & operated stores. This role requires the use of data and analytics along with industry expertise to deliver a best-in-class instore experience for our consumers. They will be charged with helping to build brand awareness and engagement, while driving traffic to stores and online. 

 

This role involves close partnership with the full Marketing Team, as well as our cross functional partners including Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Ecom & Training.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Act as steward of the PANDORA brand that supports our brand promise, vision, position, and architecture while achieving our overall business goals
  • Own the creation and execution of the local trading line-up. Ensure alignment between local TLU and Global Business Units
  • Evaluate and identify consumer insights to optimize business outcomes
  • Lead localization/creation of all campaign assets for NAM
  • Develop creative guidelines and templates for local market initiatives that align with global strategy
  • Own the local campaign planning process across channels
  • Create an omnichannel consumer experience by ensuring Pandora is delivering a consistent strategy and message across all channels
  • Demonstrate collaboration and leadership across multiple marketing disciplines including media, promotion, public relations, coop advertising, digital, in store, and design services.
  • Ensure adequate level, phasing and split of media spend to drive the commercial business in both B&M and Ecommerce
  • Monitor business performance and guide corrective actions when trading is below forecast
  • Ensure strong collaboration with Global by sharing local insights, best practices and learnings with Global business leads
  • Consolidate market dynamics and learnings from campaign performance, etc., to guide the development of future campaigns

 

Something About You:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of related professional brand marketing experience. Ideally, experience would include working for a Global company with both B&M stores and Ecommerce. 
  • The position requires solid experience as a Marketing and Retail leader. Experience in the diamond/jewelry industry is a mandatory. 
  • Must be highly organized, a self-starter, who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Must be a team player and have a collaborative mindset
  • ability to lead through relationship management
  • creative thinking and innovative decision making; excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Priority setting and time management skills a must.
  • Knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel, outlook and PowerPoint
  • knowledge of database applications a plus.
