Analytics Manager

The Analytics Manager will play an integral role in creating and managing the performance of North America (US & Canada)


The role will work closely with: the global marketing teams, the digital marketing teams (including the agency partners) & other outside vendors to support reporting framework development, influence global performance tracking/reporting platforms, and manage KPIs.


In this role, the Analytics Manager, will not only help Marketing with the development of measurement plans and execution but also be responsible for other analytics efforts such as leading projects with a focus on Consumer Insights, Projections, MMM, MTA, & Brand Studies


Essential Functions:

  • Develop and drive an analytics practice in NAM that ties business performance metrics to media and customer insights
  • Leverage all data sources available to regularly illustrate how marketing and media are driving brand health, brand desire, traffic and purchase behavior both in-store and online
  • Define key metrics to measure website performance, construct tracking dashboards and maintain general reporting structures
  • Participate in and support the delivery of data insights, KPI frameworks and data-driven recommendations to leadership, business and technology team members
  • Serve as cross-functional team member that works along Marketing, GTM, Merch, & Finance ensure that data sources are defined and connected to single-view
  • Primary liaison with global analytics team to ensure that digital, eCommerce, and consumer insights are consistently considered when driving media efficiency
  • Influence and guide market teams on our paid digital, social and traditional measurement KPIs and strategy to drive optimization and conversion
  • Provide ongoing analytics and analysis to provide markets and global organization with insights for better decision-making through regular meetings, reporting and cross-collaboration sessions
  • Own local deployment of global measurement/reporting playbook, education and best practice sharing.
  • Provide data insights (using web analytics and third-party data sources) to inform site and campaign strategies
  • Develop regular thought leadership content across areas related to data, analytics, measurement and reporting for local and global stakeholders


Something About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing, media, agency experience; CPG/ Retail experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and various platform skills.
  • Experience working with web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign), CRM and media reporting platforms (Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Facebook, GA360) etc.)
  • Experience with defining and creating multi touch attribution models to measure channel efficiencies and overlaps to drive business outcomes
  • Experience working with major dashboarding platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
  • Experience with managing and defining platform and channel-based reporting and optimization.
  • Possesses genuine curiosity for measuring, understanding and optimizing all aspects of business performance based on data
  • Develops strategies and identifies resources to implement and manage change
