The Store Manager position for our Paseo de Gracia flagship plays a strategic role within the region. We are seeking a profile with solid experience managing large teams, strong analytical skills, and a leadership style capable of generating a positive impact. The selected candidate will be a key reference figure in the area and an essential brand ambassador, given the international visibility of this store.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement specific action plans aimed at achieving commercial objectives.
  • Lead with an inspiring style, fostering motivation, engagement, and internal talent development.
  • Identify, train, and develop the team, while maintaining close collaboration with other Store Managers and Area Managers.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with the standards of a high-visibility flagship store.
  • Manage and coordinate large teams, guaranteeing efficient organization and a positive working environment.
  • Represent the brand during strategic visits and relevant local, national, and international events.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of key KPIs to support data-driven decision making.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager in a flagship store, District Manager, or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Extensive experience managing large teams.
  • Strong skills in planning, decision-making, and operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and corporate representation skills.
  • Strong orientation toward leadership, motivation, and team engagement.
  • Analytical skills for managing, interpreting, and monitoring KPIs.
