About the role

Lead the embedding of strategic and tactical initiatives across Performance, Compensation, Wellbeing, and Benefits across multiple clusters to deliver value to the business and address challenges and opportunities across the organization. Partner closely with senior stakeholders on complex Performance & Rewards matters and ensure materials to deliver clear, locally relevant materials and tools for successful rollouts. As a key member of the global P&R team, you will contribute to and/or lead global projects, ensuring cluster perspectives are embedded in program design and processes. Additionally, you will manage multi-cluster teams to drive consistency, collaboration, and impact across regions.

Key areas of responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of global Performance & Reward strategies across the region, enabling effective local execution
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on complex Performance & Reward matters, providing expert guidance and solutions
  • Define and maintain competitive local Reward offerings aligned with global Pandora frameworks and business objectives
  • Monitor local P&R practices across countries and collaborate with HR Directors to identify needs, priorities, and opportunities
  • Oversee wellbeing programs and drive benefits harmonization across regions to ensure consistency and employee value
  • Lead and influence to fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in reward practices to enhance employee experience and business impact
  • Act as global lead for a Performance & Reward specialism or key strategic projects, representing regional perspectives

 

Ideal Profile

  • At least 7 years working in a senior rewards role, experience in performance management is a plus
  • Ideally experience from global organizations within Retail and or Manufacturing environments
  • Regional experience working in a multinational setting, and working across different reward and performance programs
  • Delivery of market competitive rewards and motivating performance management
  • Strategic/tactical thinking with regional/global reward expertise
  • Experience with communicating vision and prioritization
  • Change management to offer positive impact on employee retention and business performance
  • Experience from HR or Reward partnering is an advantage
  • Leadership and people management
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Analytical and financial acumen
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
