• Managing and coaching Store Managers and their teams
• Visiting stores and being present on the shopfloors
• Reporting directly to the Divisional Sales Manager
• Enabling the store teams with the right knowledge, training and support
• Setting ambitious but realistic performance targets
• Analyzing KPI’s and rolling out action plans

• You have at least 5 years of experience working in retail as well as experience in people management

• You have a driver’s license
• You know how to successfully run a store with a clear focus on excellent customer service
• With your hands-on and solution-oriented mentality, you are motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Having excellent communication skills, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• You are experienced in working with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting
• You shine with your strong result oriented, pragmatic and structured way of working
