About the role

 

The Manager, Advocacy Marketing plays a critical role in driving Pandora’s advocacy strategy and amplifying brand engagement through authentic voices and communities. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and partners to create impactful storytelling and advocacy programs that resonate with diverse audiences.

 

The manager will ensure alignment with global advocacy and brand strategies while tailoring initiatives to local market dynamics and cultural nuances. With a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and community-driven marketing, the Manager will enhance brand relevance, foster loyalty, and generate earned impact across key markets. We owned and operated directly across Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan whilst working closely with our distributors across South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and India.

Key areas of responsibilities

 

  • Drive Advocacy Marketing Strategy: Localize and implement global advocacy strategies across the APAC markets, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance while maintaining brand consistency across PR, media relations, events, influencer partnerships, and organic social channels
  • Lead Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and activate integrated advocacy campaigns—including PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, organic social activations, and brand events—from brief to post-campaign analysis, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage Influencer & Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and key advocates. Oversee partnerships and identify opportunities for authentic storytelling and proactive brand positioning
  • Monitor Performance & Generate Insights: Define KPIs for advocacy programs across PR, influencer, and social channels. Track campaign performance and lead post-campaign reporting to optimize future activations and share learnings across teams
  • Collaborate Across Functions & Markets: Act as a key liaison between global and local teams, ensuring alignment on advocacy objectives and facilitating workshops and strategic discussions for cohesive execution
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of influencer marketing, PR best practices, organic social trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy and drive innovation

 

What are we looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, and influencer marketing, with regional or multi-market scope
  • Proven track record in adapting global brand strategies for local markets and leading integrated campaigns
  • Experience in a matrixed organization, collaborating with global and regional teams across functions
  • Hands-on experience managing media relations, influencer partnerships, and event activations
  • Familiarity with Asian market dynamics and consumer behaviour
  • Strategic mindset to localize global strategies and align with regional priorities
  • Project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and timelines across markets
  • Deep understanding of PR, influencer marketing, and media relations in Asia
