Trade Marketing Executive

Main Purpose of the role:

Owning development, production, delivery and follow-up process  of all retail marketing materials in order to ensure proper campaign implementation and brand consistency across the channels as well as driving the execution of in-store activations to support LFL and traffic. 



  • Adaptation/Development of local marketing POS campaign materials aligning with Marketing Manager and in close collaboration with the Graphic Designer.
  • Planning, production, delivery and related follow-up of all local campaign pos marketing materials needed for proper campaign implementation in all stores (CS and Multibrand network), as well as seasonal catalogues and brochures, and all generic marketing POS materials (store binders/product information for legal compliance, certificates of authenticity).
  • Ordering of global campaign POS materials, defining choice and allocation in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and share with relevant stakeholders afterwards
  • Track the monthly consumption of retail marketing materials stocked at the warehouse in cooperation with the Customer Service,  and define necessary follow-ups.
  • Development of sell-in materials aligning with sales dept, merchandising and training
  • Update wallpapers for CS, coordinating the implementation in due time
  • In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, support in the definition and grant proper execution of consumer in-store activations and store opening events.
  • Coordinate the agencies and suppliers involved in the adaptation and production process of retail marketing materials, as well as the ones involved in the store activations implementations.
  • Be the internal point of contact for sales dept and store managers for retail marketing related topics (pos campaign materials or events)
  • Develop a broad understanding of the stores and of marketing activities/campaigns execution by visiting them on regular basis.
  • Regular tracking of the competitive (also enlarged) landscape in terms of in-store set-up, activations, campaign implementations with a broader eye on the retail landscape in general.
  • Regular tracking and update of the marketing budget in the areas of responsibility.



  • 5+ years of solid experience working within Retail  Marketing
  • Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry in a multinational environment
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
