This is a senior creative leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of bold creative vision and large‑scale execution. You will lead the global Store Creative & Design output - bringing together campaigns, communication, and in‑store display to create inspiring, cohesive, and scalable retail experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will set the creative direction for:
- Store windows (physical and digital)
- In‑store presentation and storytelling
- Pop‑ups, events, and brand activations
- In‑store communication, graphics, and digital experiences
You’ll work closely with senior partners across Operations, Store Design, Product Presentation, Orchestration, and the Creative Studio. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to navigate a complex, global setup while turning creative ambition into real‑world retail impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead a compelling global window and in‑store creative strategy that elevates Pandora’s brand expression
- Own the creative communications strategy for in‑store signage, graphics, and storytelling
- Build and scale digital creative capabilities across more than 3,000 stores
- Inspire, guide, and develop a global creative team through clear direction, empathy, and strong leadership
- Collaborate with artists, agencies, and production partners to bring creative concepts to life
- Elevate visual storytelling across Pandora’s jewellery collections and brand moments
- Create local relevance for Flagship and Custom Stores through curated collaborations and partnerships
- Act as a creative thought leader through trend spotting, competitive insight, and retail innovation
- Deliver creative solutions for new product-related services such as engraving, stone customisation, gift sets, and click & collect
- Develop fixtures, displays, and in‑store sales tools in close partnership with Product Design
- Guide cluster teams and local agencies with clear creative direction and guardrails

Who You Are
You are a senior creative leader with the ability to think big creatively and deliver at scale.
Your background includes:
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within international, large-scale organisations
- Leadership experience within Visual Merchandising, Window Design, Events, Communications and Digital Storytelling
- A strong track record leading complex, strategically important creative projects
- Experience working across fashion, beauty, accessories, or similar consumer brands
- The ability to collaborate across disciplines and align diverse stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a creative field such as Fashion, Retail, Design, Architecture, or Theatre.
