The Role
Pandora is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Director, Finance Omnichannel & Strategic Planning to play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across our global retail and e-commerce footprint. This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering closely with senior commercial stakeholders to shape strategy, strengthen performance management, and deliver sustainable top- and bottom-line results.
You will operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and commercial execution - combining strong analytical capabilities with hands-on leadership and influence across a global matrix organisation.
Key Responsibilities
As Director, you will have end-to-end responsibility for financial performance and strategic support across key commercial areas, including:
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Pricing: Driving value through data-led pricing and margin optimisation
- Labor productivity & Store P&L management: Supporting strong operational and financial discipline across retail
- Omnichannel Finance: Covering global retail, e-commerce and digital partners
- S&OP and Inventory Remelt: Partnering with supply chain to optimise inventory and working capital
- Long-Range Planning (LRP): Orchestrating and driving long-term strategic planning from a commercial finance perspective
You will also contribute to:
- Month-end close and financial performance reviews
- Budget and forecast processes
- Ad hoc strategic and commercial projects in support of the commercial function
The Impact
This role is central to creating alignment and best practice across Global Office and regions. You will act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, ensuring coordinated efforts that drive growth, profitability and informed decision-making across channels.
You will hold financial responsibility for top-line and EBIT performance within your functional scope (e.g. Retail, E-commerce, Pricing).
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring both strategic perspective and strong execution capability. You likely have:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Background in retail, fashion or FMCG
- Experience working in a global or matrix organisation
- Proven people leadership capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluency in English
A collaborative mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable insights are essential.
