At Pandora we foster a culture where people feel valued, inspired, and empowered. We believe in inclusivity, creativity, and collaboration — whether you're in a store or at our regional office. We’re proud to be part of a company that’s consistently ranked among the world’s most sustainable businesses, and we’re committed to making a positive impact every day.

SUSTAINABILITY

We’re building a low-carbon, circular, and inclusive future. In 2024, we achieved 100% renewable electricity in our operations and continued our journey toward using 100% recycled silver and gold in all jewellery. We’ve reduced emissions by 17% since 2019, and we’re working toward gender parity in leadership by 2030. Through our partnership with UNICEF, we’ve helped over 2.4 million children access education and support.
