Specialist, AI Productivity & Enablement
As a Specialist in driving productivity, you will be a hands-on enablement partner helping teams across the organisation get the most from low-code platforms, citizen data science tools, and enterprise AI platforms. Working closely with AI Partners and stakeholders, you will be called upon to support specific use cases within the low-code and citizen AI toolkit — helping teams adopt, configure, and use these tools confidently within the guardrails already in place.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Support & Tool Rollout
Provide hands-on support for low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and citizen AI tools when engaged by AI Partners or PMs. Support functional rollouts in collaboration with tooling teams, assist with user onboarding, and act as a go-to resource for platform guidance and best practices.
Enablement & Training
Design and deliver practical training sessions and workshops for business teams. Create playbooks, how-to guides, prompt libraries, and reusable templates to drive adoption and build confidence across the organisation.
Light Technical Development
Build and configure low-code solutions, simple automations, and internal copilots. Prototype small-scale solutions before broader rollout and translate business needs into clear briefs when escalation to Engineering or Data teams is required. Development scope is low-code only.
Value Identification & Tracking
Take ownership of identifying, documenting, and tracking the value delivered through low-code and citizen AI initiatives. Work with AI Partners and stakeholders to define success metrics upfront, monitor outcomes over time, and communicate impact in business terms. Ensure that value realisation is a consistent part of the delivery lifecycle, not an afterthought.
Required Qualifications
2+ years in digital enablement, business analysis, low-code development, or AI adoption.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code platforms.
Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI tools.
Experience delivering training or enablement content to non-technical audiences.
Strong communication skills across teams at varying levels of technical familiarity.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with citizen data science tools and concepts.
Awareness of AI governance and data compliance in an enterprise setting.
Ability to create engaging learning content such as videos or microlearning modules.
