Manager, Human Rights

Imagine embedding respect for human rights into every corner of the world's largest jewellery brand's workplace culture and operations. If you are passionate about due diligence, worker voice, and turning global frameworks into local impact, then you might be our next Manager, Human Rights at Pandora Production.

We love that you will…

Human Rights Framework & Governance
- Own and continuously improve the local Human Rights framework, governance, operating model, policies, standards, and annual priorities, in alignment with Pandora's global commitments.
- Coordinate recurring human rights due diligence and impact assessment processes, including risk identification, prioritisation, action planning, implementation monitoring, and effectiveness reviews.
- Mature the Thailand programme from assessment to embedded practice, and establish the foundation for Vietnam's programme with a clear roadmap and local ownership.

Workplace Human Rights & Worker Voice
- Monitor and address ongoing workplace human rights priorities, including harassment, discrimination, inclusion, freedom of association, worker representation, responsible recruitment, and the protection of migrant workers.
- Strengthen worker voice by promoting accessible, trusted, and effective channels for raising concerns, and by engaging employees and worker representatives on relevant human rights topics.
- Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on support for human rights-related grievances, whistleblower cases, investigations, and remediation, respecting established case ownership and confidentiality.

Training & Capability Building
- Conduct Human Rights training sessions with internal stakeholders and management to build awareness and capability, embedding human rights considerations into everyday business practices.
- Build local ownership and capability across Thailand and Vietnam, enabling relevant teams to integrate human rights requirements into their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Advise People & Planet and business leaders on the human rights implications of people practices, organisational decisions, workplace changes, and emerging risks.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the regional liaison with Global Human Rights and Sustainability teams, contributing local insight and ensuring consistent implementation of global frameworks.
- Coordinate, review, and quality-assure human rights data and narrative inputs for internal governance, the Annual Report, the TISC statement, and other applicable disclosures.
- Monitor relevant human rights and labour-related legislative developments, coordinating local preparedness with People & Planet, Legal, Compliance, and other accountable functions.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, controls, dashboards, and management updates to demonstrate programme implementation, progress, and effectiveness.

We love that you are…
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Human Rights, labour rights, employee relations, ethics and compliance, or social sustainability, gained in-house or in consulting.

- Demonstrated experience in human rights due diligence, risk assessment, action planning, grievance handling, and remediation.
- Proven ability to embed policies into sustainable business practices, and to mature and scale a programme across countries and cultures.
- Strong programme management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with a track record advising senior leadership.
- Experience contributing to external disclosures and regulatory readiness (e.g. CSRD, CSDDD, EU Forced Labour Regulation).
- Strong integrity, sound judgement, and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
- Professional proficiency in English; Thai or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online reporting/case-management platforms and AI tools.
