Manager, RGM - Insights & Intelligence

About the Role

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping shape commercial decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations. You will lead and develop a high-performing analytics team while driving the evolution of Pandora's Revenue Growth Management capabilities through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role also involves building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders through structured problem-solving, compelling communication, and fact-based recommendations.
 
More specifically, key accountabilities will include:
  • Lead strategic and operational Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment through analysis, recommendation development, implementation, and measurable business impact.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and commercial insights, translating complex and large-scale datasets into clear hypotheses, actionable recommendations, and leadership-ready narratives.
  • Shape and advance Pandora's RGM capabilities by leveraging advanced analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and competitor intelligence to deliver strategic and tactical recommendations that support revenue growth.
  • Own and continuously enhance RGM ways of working, driving consistency, scalable best practices, and capability development across markets and teams.
  • Serve as the analytical backbone for Pricing and Promotions, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and improve overall RGM performance.
  • Support the implementation and evolution of future RGM processes, tools, systems, and external partnerships, including vendor evaluation and capability assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with Data & Analytics teams to strengthen data quality, infrastructure, automation, and scalability, enabling more effective and sustainable decision-making.
 
What is needed to succeed
You're able to prioritize and set direction to cut through complexity in changing and fast-paced environments. You build strong relationships with a varietyof stakeholders, including senior leadership. You are a strong communicator, with the ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making for multiple stakeholders independently. 
 
Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:
  • Around 6-8 years of experience from strong similar unit (e.g. RGM or Pricing), finance, or management consulting role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), with the ability to combine traditional analytical techniques, modelling, and AI-assisted insights to support business decision-making
  • Experience with Alteryx or comparable data engineering, ETL, and analytics platforms to enable scalable analysis of large transactional datasets, with familiarity in automation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills able to drive complex projects.
  • Passion about Revenue Management with strong track record from similar roles
  • Excellent strategic mindset and commercial instinct
