Training Curriculum & Learning Design

  • Design and develop technical learning curricula and training programs for craftspeople and master trainers, ensuring training content effectively builds knowledge and practical skills.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning content, multimedia resources, handbooks, and training guides.
  • Develop training assessments and validation methods to measure learning effectiveness and competency development.

Technical Training & Capability Building

  • Deliver technical training programs and facilitate learning interventions that strengthen jewellery manufacturing skills and craftsmanship excellence.
  • Train and develop master trainers to effectively transfer skills, techniques, and best practices to production teams.
  • Share technical knowledge and manufacturing know-how with employees across different levels of the organization.

Training Needs Analysis & Skills Development

  • Partner with Production Academy Operations, Production Planning, and production leadership teams to identify training needs and capability gaps.
  • Collaborate with factory managers to identify and develop a strong master trainer pool.
  • Monitor trainees' post-training performance and work closely with production leaders to ensure successful skill application on the shop floor.

Skills Matrix & Certification Management

  • Maintain and continuously improve skills matrices, certification frameworks, and competency tracking systems.
  • Support technical skills certification processes to ensure employees meet required competency standards.
  • Monitor skills progression and provide insights to support workforce development decisions.

Continuous Improvement & Learning Innovation

  • Work closely with Product Development and Master Trainers to update training curricula for new products, technologies, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Drive Production Academy projects, Edutainment Centre initiatives, and cross-functional learning activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness, learning processes, and operational efficiency within Production Academy.

About Pandora Production Thailand

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople. By the end of 2024, 113 million pieces sold globally were all hand-finished here in Thailand by our skilled craftspeople using high-quality raw materials and sustainable methods. Additionally, this role supports capability development across both Thailand and Vietnam manufacturing operations.
