Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) –Hamburg (Fixed-Term Contract, Maternity Cover)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Pandora on a fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave and supporting our team during an important period of growth and development.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across Pandora's Northern Europe cluster, leading corporate recruitment activities across DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of corporate roles across Northern Europe while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the region. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working independently, influencing stakeholders, and driving recruitment excellence in a fast-paced international environment.
In addition to managing recruitment processes, you will contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, support continuous improvement projects, and act as a trusted sparring partner to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles across Northern Europe.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver high-quality recruitment processes.
- Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to support hiring decisions.
- Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing and networking activities.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Lead and support Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction activities.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide relevant reporting and insights.
- Drive recruitment best practices and support the implementation of new tools, processes, and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to business leaders and the Talent Acquisition Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally in an international corporate environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for corporate roles across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with senior leaders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying talent in competitive markets.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is required.
