Drive Supplier Quality Improvement
Analyze defect trends and supplier performance using Power BI to uncover risks and improvement opportunities
Lead CAPA initiatives with suppliers and ensure sustainable corrective actions
Reduce incoming defects through data-driven quality improvement projects
Enhance & Digitalize Inspection Workflows
Develop digital inspection forms using Power Apps and streamline workflows
Improve sampling plans, inspection methods, and data-based decision making
Automate manual tasks with Power Automate, VBA, Python, or other tools
Lead Document Control & Quality Compliance
Manage inspection procedures, specifications, and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal audits, and supplier audits
Maintain digital records for full traceability and version control
Develop Smart Reporting & Dashboard Systems
Build real-time dashboards for defects, supplier performance, and productivity
Integrate ERP, Excel, and Power BI data for better visibility and accuracy
Automate recurring reports to support fast, effective decisions
Accelerate Digital Transformation
Explore AI/ML applications for defect prediction and visual inspection
Identify new technologies to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency
Coach and upskill team members in BI tools, automation, and digital mindset
We love that you are…
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
3–5 years’ experience in incoming inspection or supplier quality control
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AQL, CAPA, drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Gage R&R, LAR, Process Capability, and 5-Why analysis
Strong digital skills: Advanced MS Office, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (Python/VBA is a plus!)
Logical, analytical, and strategic thinker with strong communication skills
Experience in raw material processes, spare parts inspection, or jewellery manufacturing is highly preferred
Good English communication (spoken & written)
Strong presentation skills

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople.
